Lasser treatment for for short sight

Question

I am advised to go for lasser treatment for short sight .My eyes both power is -7.In this regard I am having some doubt.I am told by some of my friends that the eyes natural water level will be reduced.After ten years there is chance of occuring problem . I wish to clear my illussion in this connection wheher it is advisable to use 1. Exclusively glasses 2.Contact Lens or 3. to under go for lasser treatment.Kindly enlighten me clearly and I am more happy to receive the answer from the person undergone lasser tretment and no problems even after ten or fiftenn years.Also please inform the best eye hospital in Tamilnadu for this treatment.My age is 23.
