Last Night in church ?

last Night in church i was crying because the anointing of the lord was there. And i got anointing with oil and prayed over! When i was getting prayed over was still cry when i want home i told my friend and he SAID U SHOULD NOT CRY IN CHURCH! is this right! ps sorry about the spelling

Crying in church is perfectly all right. It means the Lord has touched your heart and you are over-whelmed and emotional from the experience. When I was very young I had gone with a lady to her church and was over-come with tears. When my mother came to get me I was still crying and she told me the Lord had touched my heart.  I believe that to this day. I burst into tears when my daughter was baptized at age 12. It was like some sort of relief that I knew she was now in the Lord's hands. The Bible says Jesus wept, so why not other men? I'm happy you had this experience and may the Lord bless you always.

I've cried in church, every time ive been to a funeral. But it dont matter, cos im going to h**l anyway.

This has happened to me, many times, as the Holy Spirit ministers to me. In fact, yesterday morning, just before it was time for me to preach, I had tears streaming down my cheeks as the congregation sang "By and By"--"when the morning comes, we will understand it better by and by". That's some of the lyrics. Anyway, I couldn't stop because God's Spirit was so real at the time. One of the members was also weeping and he shook hands with me, giving me a token of his encouragement. Whatever it was, we were aware of God's presence.

So yes, don't be afraid to show your emotion by weeping. Just don't start bawling or wailing and disrupt the service. If need be, find someone to pray with you and share what's on your mind. God bless!

No problem you can express how you feel to God, He know why you cried and He your cry isn't matter to Him. If someone angry with you because you cry in the church, tell him that you cry because there's mercy in tears
