player A has 70 points and player b has 63. Only the black ball is left on the table. Player A shoots, scratches and sinks the white ball. I beleiev that 7ppoints will be awarded to player B making it a tie. What happens next, do we keep playing or is the ball spotted for a tie breaker or is it game over ?
