I've been training for football for a while now, well I'd start and stop, but for the past 2 weeks i've been going to the gym and all Summer iv'e been jogging. I'm wondering what I should do for the last 2 days before they start. I don't want so be sore when it starts but I don't really want to just not do anything. Should I just for jogs or light jogs, or should I still go to the gym or do sprints or something. Please let me know what I should do these last few days before it starts.
