What to go on holiday end of July....where is cheapest but hot place to go and where should I book this?

Would it better to go end of July or beginning of September?

You not saying where you from...? I would think South Africa is an awesome yet cheap destination. Even though its Winter here, our winters are mild and comparible with the UK Summer
