Last minute vacation ideas?

Have a week of vaca. in 2 wks. and just can't decide what to do-most beach rentals are filled up. Live in central PA and don't want to drive further than VA. Have 2 boys 8 & 11 yrs.-who like action. Need some ideas. Would even consider a cruise, if it departs from north east coast-NY, Philly,NJ etc....

August has been really slow for vacation rental bookings.  You'll find something way cheaper than a hotel, with tonnes of room for the whole family.
