Last night i built my rocket it went over the fence i really want it and my mom said i can not bye a new one

i need to some how get it back with my mom not stoping me and i can not sneak out of the house at night or day and she said i can not trespass

Think creatively - You could try calling a friend who is able to go and fetch it for you.  

Is it in somebody else's yard?  If so, call that person on the telephone and tell them your rocket flew into their yard but you aren't able to come get it, and would they be willing to return it to you.

You need to face the fact that your mom does not want you to get the rocket back. Otherwise she would let you go and get it. She's happy it's gone.
