Last night i drank 6 shots of vodka and two hours earlier i took 1 tylenol , am i ok , i rarely ever drink?

You should be fine. Do you have any serious symptoms? And again, if you overdosed or the tylenol & the alcohol reacted badly - you'd definitely know by now.

Your fine for now, but don't take Tylenol if your planning on drinking.  The drug in Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not the greatest for the liver and on the package is says to not use them  together or if you regularly consume 3 drinks or more.

Since you're still alive I'd say yup, you're okay.  Not sure it was a good idea but its done.  I wouldn't do it very often though.  6 shots of vodka for an almost non-drinker is pretty much!  Betcha you didn't feel much pain!  LOL!!!
