WELL I KNEW THIS TURKISH GIRL NAMED HASNA . I LIKED HASNA SINCE 1ST GRADE IN THE SUMMER OF2005 I HAD A DREAM THAT I MISSED HER,SHE LIKED ME SINCE IAM AFGAN MUSLUM. I NEVER LOOKED AT HER AGAIN TELL SHE LEFT IN 2007 I REGRET NOT SAYING I LIKE HER IN 4TH GRADE  A GIRL I LIKED/ DATED HUGED ME BUT SHE TRY TO KISS ME AT LUNCH THE BELL RANG AND I DIDNT KISS HER I HAVE KISSED 2 OTHER GIRLS. THIS  MEANS YOU LOVED THIS BOY PERMENTLY. SORRY FOR THE LONG STORY.

most people have  no control over their dreams.  most dreams do unremembered when they wake up.  Don't worry about it; it does not mean anything.  Most of all do not tell your husband.

I'm guessing it means you really had a thing for him. I can relate to that, I've had dreams about girls I knew in high school as well.

But the reality is, I moved on (as I'm sure you have).

Sometimes those emotions get triggered by something we heard earlier in the day or something we saw, which is why you dreamt about it.
