Last night i stayed up late to..Old German record? Great Contest?

My mom is from Germany, and my grandfather had a record that he brought over from Germany I believe was called, "The Great Contest" and it was a farting contest (in English) and also had a bunch of hilarious songs on it. It would MAKE MY MOM SO HAPPY if i were to give this to her for mothers day, because when i was little we would sit and listen to it cuz i would laugh so hard. Does anyone have any information on it? the official title of the album? or where i could find it?
