Last period lots and lots of pain?

i was due for AF aug 4 and it never came i have taken 4 HPT within the first week and a ha;f and they were all neg. I am getting extremely bad cramps !! insanely bad!!! Lots of lower back pain. i just had some light bleeding but, it is gone.i also keep gettin really hot and breaking out in sweats. I really dont know what to do or what this is can someone please help me.

You should try contacting your doctor. In the case that it may be something that needs medical attention. I hope that you get feeling better soon and that you get your BFP soon!
