In this scenario, the dime would stay where it was, in my esophagus, while the food went into my stomach. Is this possible? I am worried about this dime. I wish that someone would tell me for sure that there's no chance of me getting hurt :)

  1. Ok first of all, is this a joke? If it's not, why did you have a dime in your mouth to begin with? Also, your other questions say you swallowed the dime 5 days ago. I find it very hard to believe you haven't eaten in 5 days. Obviously you have eaten something in that time, and you should be able to figure out if you succeeded in swallowing the food or not.

So, if this is a serious question (which I doubt), and you swallowed a dime five days ago without any negative effects appearing in those 5 days, there's no chance of you being hurt. If you were going to choke or asphyxiate or something it would've happened 5 days ago when you swallowed it.
