Last row of a rubiks cube?

Question

I can quite easily fill in the top two rows of a rubiks cube but am stuck when it comes to the last one.

Can anyone tell me in simple terms how to do it?

The advanced method involves memorizing a lot of routines to deal with many different scenarios.
