Last week my co-worker came up to me and asked me if I had any energy pills and I told her I have some?

diet/energy supplements and then I gave her some...Well this past Friday 8/15 she had her birthday party....and she DIED 8/16!!!! I wasn't sure if I should tell someone that I gave her some pills and I hope she didn't mix them when she was drinking??? She was a older lady around her late 40's and I'm 26...what should I do!!!

I understand your concern with her death but I would wait until you found out what caused her death she may of had an under lieing problem she didn't even know about. As for the energy pills and drinks niether are good for the heart or your health they speed up your heart rate. You need to find a good natural source for energy. Good luck with your situation. And get rid of the energy pills.
