Last will and testaments-the type you buy where you fill in the blanks yourself-?

Do you have to type in the blanks or is handwriting them in o.k?

Need to know if one is more legally binding than the other. Thanks for any serious responses!

  2. As long as it is witnessed and notarized and made while of sound mind it can be as good as any drawn by a lawyer. Typing always looks more official but not required.

    You might even find that form in Microsoft Office or Word.
