should I tell the truth? they where not mine I could never afford them.I have a court date and I have applied for a public defender as i have no money. they are helping me but we have not gotten to the point where we talk about what happened and I want to tell the truth but I don't want to go to jail. could get a abuse case with no jail time right now maybe we haven't talked about it yet. the paid lawyer said she would go for probation transferred to my home state or drug program in the arresting state. but since I cant afford one and the people who's drugs they where are telling people they are gonna kill me if i say anything and they are career criminals with cases across the country. I was afraid so I said it was mine and got release On O.R. which i thought was cool but know I am looking at 5 to 15 if all goo's bad. I will tell the Public D. but just wanted to see if anyone out there had any advise.

  2. you are sol. you should have told the truth from the beginning.

do you think they will believe you are telling the truth now with out proof of your claims.

everyone always claims they are innocent and didn't do it. problem is having the proof to back that up
