Late Registration?

Question

My son is already 1 and a half month old and until now i haven't registered him for his birth certificate

May i know the procedure in filing late birth registry? how long will the process take? thanks and i look forward to your advise on this matter.

Present the delivery documents to the city or municipal hall that has jurisdiction where the child was born for registration at the Civil Registry.
