Late afternoon wedding

Question

My wedding is at 12 and the reception will run until about 6. i was thinking of having immediate family over for drinks after the wedding because my mom, sister, and grandparents are coming from out of state so this is probably the only time my fiance and his family will see them. that do you think?

Good idea. Just don't make it too long as it will tire everyone out. Just play it by the ear. It's a good time for both families to get to know each other.

Wow that is a great idea I seriously don't know why you are asking but of course I under stand that this is super important.  This is a great idea in my opinion again but really I don't know your family and everyone there so check over everything and make sure everything is pecfect or anything you think is right.

yes have some snacks like sweets , coffee, ice cream , serve soda till u will wait the 6 pm dinner, small cute cakes and coffee can do , serve while ther are some singing dancing or playing games?
