  1. None.  they all had to be pretty good before getting into college and the pros

  2. Ask the question in the golfing web sites. There are many who live for golfing statistics and they will be more than happy to answer.

  3. Australia's Greg Norman started playing golf very late (around 17 - 20) and he was world number 1 for a very long period of time.

Its possible for anyone to make it in golf as the lifetime of a golfer is far longer than in any other sport. Work hard and who knows, maybe by 30 you'll be playing at the next level!

  4. This is from free memory but I think Orville Moody who died within the last couple weeks was a guy who learned the game in the military.  Now, I may have my pros confused.  I think it is safe to say that the new era of golfers are all breed and nourished as children to play golf.  I do not see any "late bloomers" on the male or female side in the post 1997 era.   Michael Jordon was a potential great amateur golfer.  In fact, when Michael went to pro baseball a classmate at UNC, Davis Love, III, thought he should have gone for a national amateur golf championship because he had great athletic skills and all the money he would need to not worry about working while pursuing an amateur golf career.

  5. ME MYSELF AND I TO NAME A FEW! WHY DO WE ASK?

  6. It is never late to be learn.

There are many professional golfers that developed late.
