Late delivery of i-ticket booked on irctc ( indian railways)....

What if the rail ticket (i-ticket) booked on irctc.co.in is not delivered till the time of departure ? Can we travel with the printout of mail we recieve from IRCTC?"

Hi,

Yes it will be accepted by the TTE in the train also you must ensure you have all the details in the mail like PNR number Train number, Name etc... also there will be a key number printed on the mail you recd frm IRCTC and that itself is valid and also you can see the web itself on the status of your booking.

Please take the valid photo identity used in your ticket booking and have a good journey
