Late night driving?

have you guys ever had any strange impulses to go driving late at night? lately iv been craving to go driving at around 1-3 am, just the feeling of the dark road and NO TRAFFIC, being able to do stupid things sounds SO good, iv also been craving to hop the curbs and drive into park areas...

Not really cravings, I don't mind driving at night or with no one around, but I don't want to do 'curb hopping' type of stuff.

Just because it's late though, doesn't mean you can do whatever you want, there's probably more cops out now than before, and you'll be getting a visit if you're randomly doing "stupid things", as you put it.

when I'm not in the semi, I still like to go for a late night drive, some people do yoga, I drive. If you do the "stupid" things that you refer to, YOU will learn yoga with your new cell mate

I have done late night driving when I worked night shift. Yes not much traffic but alot of deer and intoxicated drivers. I prefer driving when it is light out. You can hop curbs and ruin the alignment and the tires of your car during daylight hours.

I find myself doing that in the winter. I like to drive in the snow, but I hate the thought of getting stuck somewhere and having a lot of people staring at me if I happen to get stuck. So I will usually wait until about eleven or so at night and then head out. I know people will say its not smart for a woman to be out alone late at night, but I enjoy the time to myself.

When I first got my license and driving was 100% fun, I would do it from time to time. As the glow wore off I did it less. Now I just cruise the net, not the roadways.
