Late night eats in edinburgh?

A friend told me a while ago that there is a late night (and i mean 5am late) place for sit in up one of the bridges somewhere i have looked for ages but couldn't find it, i dont think its the kebab mahal and i know its defo not pizza paradise (although how they can call themselves that is a total joke) anyway her husband was a chef and seemingly this is where all the chefs go for some good food and a chat, i have lost touch with her as she moved away so cannot ask her.

  good tea.  I would ask a tea delivery for the open clubs.
