Late-night venues and after-party spots in London?

I'm looking for a list of all the late-night bars and after-party spots in and around London. I'm keen on those places that open up for the post-club crowd, after Fabric and Turnmills have closed their doors for the night (well, morning).

Anything along the lines of The Key or Departure Lounge would be great.
