Late puberty?

i'm a 16 year old boy and ive only just started puberty, has this happened to anyone else? am i normal?

of course every bodys body is different so it depends on the body

Happens to a lot of kids, my youngest sister didn't enter puberty until she was 16.  and there aren't any normal teens.
