Lately, I can't sleep at night help me pls?

somehow when i closed my eyes to sleep, I feel totally awake. but when i opened em up again, I feel very, very sleepy. I need some usefull tips to not to be nocturnal..................again.

  1. If you wake up early, it helps. ONLY if you go to sleep early according to your wake up time. In the morning: If you open your eyes from sleep, get up. Going back to sleep will mess up your sleeping times.

    At night, no snacks, except maybe some milk few hours before going to bed. No excercises to get you tired. It will stimulate your body and keep you from sleeping instead. In fact- no activities that make your heart pump ANY faster.

    When you're in bed, don't think about sleeping. Don't count sheep. If you can't fall asleep in 30 minutes, get up and read a book for a few minutes. Don't take naps in the daylight.
