Lately I haven't been able to sleep?

I haven't been able to sleep till like 2 in the morning but I need to get back on schedule for school what should I do? When I wake up if it's around 7 or 9 then I can't stay awake for the life of me.

  1. Get in the habit of just laying down at the same time every night...even if you aren't tired. Eliminate all interferences (TV,Stereo, phones). Once your body re adjusts to a schedule you will be fine....it may take a week or 2 but it will be worth it


  2. Avoid pills get sleep in natural ways. Drink some warm milk before going to bed and read some interesting book at bed. Yoga and meditation help a lot.
