Lately i have had a lot of trouble getting to sleep, how can i try to go to sleep faster?

its been really hard cause ive been laying down at night and i'm not able to sleep one bit, so i usually turn on the television until i fall asleep watching it. since ive been going to bed late i have been getting up REALLY late in the afternoon...

what are some things that could help me go to sleep?

  1. Try breathing exercise. start by taking a deep breath flex the muscles in your calves exhale and relax. move to your thigh muscles and repeat. then your butt stomach chest shoulders and arms do each one slowly see if that works


  2. dont think....be mindless...or have a blank mind..just dont use ur mind or brain

  3. One, avoid caffeine in dinner.

    Two, clear your mind. Think calm and peaceful.

    Three, redo your room. It helps to get a calming vibe like, blue walls. Also turn the lights down.

    Four, keep your room cool

    Five, drink warm milk. Eating rice for dinner also helps.

    The most important thing is try to wake up at the same time each day. Like a bedtime schedule. Pretty soon, you'll be able to sleep well.
