Well I dunno actually; it's similar to that joke about where you'd bury the survivors of a plane crash over international waters, except the wording of this question doesn't make sense.  He could be buried wherever he's asked to be buried, cos it doesn't really say whether he'll be alive or dead at the time; it doesn't state that he will still be alive so you'd assume him to be dead!  It just says he's living now and will be "burried" in the future really.

  3. The person is still living, you would only bury him if you wanted to kill him, killing this person is not lateral thinking.

  4. Perhaps if you had phrased the question a little less obviously you might have fooled one or two, but as it is, your living American will have to be dead before anyone decides where to bury him.
