Latest new membe of my group has a problem with her messages?

Her problem is that after her first post, no other messages will go thru to my the group. She is told that she's not subscrbed to the group, yet when I check our membership list,her name and contact details are there.

it would help to know where she is posting from, her e-mail or from off the group, and where she is seeing this error message.

Try deleting her and resubscribing. Alternately, check she is definitely signing in correctly.
