Latest news on sixth central pay commission, India?

I want to know the latest status i.e. after August 1, 2007 about the sixth central pay commission report of India.

do not hope much ,the exercise is another repeat of earlier exercise and only bureaucrats are going to benefit as indin mechanism is modelled to suit only bureaucrats right from the british era and since the system remains unchanged even after independence.
