  1. Latin America cover those countries where "Romance Lenguages" are spoken.

Romance Lenguagues in Latin America are Spanish and Portuguese.

So the countries under Latin America are all the countries of Central America (except Belize), and all the countries of South America (except Guyana, French Guyana and Surinam) and the caribbean countries that speak spanish and portuguese.

  2. Central america is part of Latin america. Central America is a narrow isthmus of southern North America extending from the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in Mexico southeastward to the Isthmus of Panama where it connects to the Colombian Pacific Lowlands in northwestern South America (south of Mexico to Panama)

  3. I think that Latin America includes places like Puerto Rico and stuff compared to Central America which talks about Mexico, El Salvador, etc
