Latte / coffee can contribute to weight gain?

my coffee will always b a tall sized latte (iced) with no flavoured syrup, no sugar.. will my latte intake contibute to weight gain? i normally take those latte ard 3-4 times per week.thanks

  1. no, it should not affect your weight.  As long as you keep up your regular amount of physical activity, and not add in additional sugars, syrups, or heavy cream, you should not have noticable weight gain.

  2. if there is no sugar in it then it shouldnt add to weight gain,... but im not sure what latte means... is that milk?  If theres milk it in, it can be fattening, but its nothing to quit over about.  Look at the nutrition facts for the drink to make a wise decision.

  3. i dont think so i drink once per day and i havent got any propblems yet.

  4. if u dont do sugar and the milk u use is low-fat then no...

    if u use sugar and add whole milk then yes...
