Laughing Gas? Where can I find it?

I've recently seen a Brainiac-Science Abuse ep. where three people who had no sense of humor were trying laughing gas. And surprisinig,it worked! They laugh in front of an onion (???),a stupid clown and a Deutsch man telling about his life.

And that's what I call laugh!!!!

Where can you find it or buy it?? I'm courious of trying it and see if it works :))

Is this actually "laughing gas" or just the way we react from its effects such as a high pitched voice from "helium gas."
