Launch cast radio will not stream stuck on tuning and jukebox will not play stuck on connection. Anyone help?

I have tried to configure yahoo online protection (which is norton) but their suggestions do not match the software. I have configured the sofware according to yahoos suggestions still does not work. I am getting ready to cancel my subscription.

Nah, Yahoo Music is jacked up right now...same problem for everyone else.

Since you are having problems with both the browser player and Jukebox, it sounds like a firewall or possibly anti-virus problem.  Try BRIEFLY disabling Norton and any other firewall/anti-virus/anti-malware software you may be using and see if the problem goes away.  If it does, you will know where to look.

Personally, I think the consumer versions of Norton cause more connection problems than any other software out there in the same category.  I dumped Norton years ago because the software kept getting in the way.
