Laundry Mishap...Need a quick Answer!?

Okay so i am new at laundry and was wahing clothes and i forgot to put detergent in...so stoped the wash and put detergent on top of the clothes...will this do any harm to the clothes?

I accidently put my "dry cleaning", a rayon, two-piece suit in the washing machine.  I did not realize it until I started to reload into the dryer. I immediately hung it wet and tried to pull on the fabric.  Is it ruined or is there a way to "fix"it.  Should I send it to the dry cleaners now?  Thank you so much.......Sally
