I like her nose, looks like mine. XD And that bathing suit in the second photo is killer. Well, to get a body like hers... you just have to eat right, veggies, fruit, skim milk, lean protein. Stay away from red meat (no more than once a week), junk food, sugary drinks (Starbucks, Sonic, etc.) and develop a short workout routine that will burn fat, do cardio, running, swimming, etc. Don't workout with weights because they'll add bulk not lean you out. I agree with answer 3. Girls actually can bulk up. If you worked out with weights enough you would realize that. However, doing many reps with a light weight (say 50 reps with a 5 pound weight) will give you lean, toned muscle instead of big bulky muscles. Trust me, if you use heavy weights often enough you will start to bulk up. Definitely follow the advice given in answer 3. :)

and to the girl who said "get a boob job" lauren is really small chested, shes like an A cup. heidi is the one with the boob job!!

*edit* wow these answers keep getting worse and worse. you SHOULD lift weights, it is impossible for girls to bulk up because they do not have enough testosterone in their bodies to produce such large muscles like men. in fact, you cannot depend on cardio alone to tone up. you have to lift weights!!
