The France manager has preferred using Yohan Cabaye, Mathieu Debuchy and Jeremy Menez in Les Bleus initial training sessions at the Clairefontaine
On Thursday, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 national team contingent playing club football outside the country had a chance to train with their countrymen playing in Ligue 1 at Clairefontaine. This was a major relief for manager Laurent Blanc who longs to work with all the
selected players ahead of the Euros.
Apart from Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery, every player was available which allowed Blanc to run the practise sessions in a thorough manner.
“The castle is filled and we will be able to work collectively, tactically have interesting sessions,” said a delighted Blanc at a news conference yesterday.
Moreover, Blanc also use the early training sessions to his advantage by placing a team that will play against England on June 11 at the Donbass Arena in Donetsk.
A lot of journalists noted Blanc’s preferences in the training sessions. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Hugo-Lloris-c16408 as usual, retained the confidence of his manager and is most likely to start all the group games at the Euros.
In defence, it was observed that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863), Philippe Mexes (AC Milan) and Patrice Evra (Manchester United) will get the nod ahead of the rest when the tournament begins.
Debuchy is most likely to play at right-back after a stellar season with Les Dogues while http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Patrice-Evra-c29231 with the latter bound to get stiff competition
from Gael Clichy.
In the centre of midfield, Yann M’Vila (Stade Rennais) and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 if the training preferences are taken into account. Though M’Vila has ended the season on a low note, Blanc still has a lot of
faith in him.
Cabaye on the other hand, has become indispensable for both club and country and will be looking to pull the strings from the midfield.
The attacking trio in the training session consisted of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 (Manchester City) but
the presence of Gourcuff is a big surprise considering the midfielder’s season with Les Gones.
Quite understandably, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Karim-Benzema-c20350 (Real Madrid) is likely to be the lone striker and will be responsible to create space for his teammates.
