Law, Singapore.?

being a singaporean, to be a lawyer, one has to go overseas. Now, that. im unsure about. if i want to practice law in singapore, what should i do supposing i cannot make it to the Universities in Singapore?

how much is it to study in the UK?

what is the educational route like?

any other crucial info?

  1. a lawyer trained in nus need not go overseas to practice here.  it depends on individua.  if u can get internship overseas, wallah! good.  if not, u can do it in sgp.

    if u cant get into nus, and u still want law - then its uk, australia.  u gotta check for degree recognition.

    uk is expensive for those who cant afford it.  where do u stand financially?  its around 40,000 pounds per yr.  doing law means u cannot wait at tables etc.  its a tough course.  

    do u consider other options? other field of studies?

    film making? journalism? accountancy?  biomedical engineering?  

    well, try not  to put all your eggs in one basket.  hv options for manouverability.
