  1. The best: I would have to say everything, the whole experience was unparalleled to anything academically out there. From being thrown in there on your first day of class and being expected to know the cases inside and out, to the moot courts and of course the making of life-long friends and colleagues. Law school really is a test, certainly that 1st year but if you love puzzles and trying to fit the pieces together, even though they very rarely fit perfectly, or at all in most case, then law school could be the place for you.

The worst: That first year, even though I look back on it now with great laughter and fondness it was still the most challenging 12 months of my academic career to date and after much reflection it is those times which I enjoyed and remember the most.

If you decide to go, you won't regret it but as you know; law school isn't for everyone and should not be entered into light-heartedly. Law school is not only expensive but it is a lot of work and very time consuming; most of your days are spent preparing for the next class because you are expected to have read the material and formed your own analysis of various aspects of the case, but the rewards at the end of the three years are more than worth it
