Any help would be wonderful Ok i have a few questions ............? # 1. In the State of Nevada City Las Vegas are theres CAPS on Lawsuit charges being Sexual Harassment,Discrimination, Sexual discrimination........like what i mean CAPS being set at 300,000 per charge like you can't sue for more then that???---------Now Question 2. If you have a Arbitrator an your not satisfied with him can you get a new one??? Question # .3 Did George H W Bush sign a Bill in 1981 To CAP Lawsuit In the State of Nevada????

most states impose liability limits (caps) to protect the state.  this is only with the state itself, not the businesses in it.  

as far as the arbitrator, it all depends on whether the arbitrators ruling is final or not.  in some cases it is.

finally, it would not hve been possible George H.W. Bush sign a bill since he did not assume the presidency until 1989.  in most cases, states enact their own legislation.
