If someone goes up alone to his private room in his home and takes one puff of marijuana, who is the victim?

  1. The victim is the one who has to hide in order to enjoy a joint. Look up the actual US gov't reports. NOONE has ever died from marijuana use..EVER!!! Look it up! Thousands die each year from alcohol and tobacco use, but it is legal.

    I work for Hospice, and have worked in nursing homes, on vent units, in home health, etc.  I can tell you almost everyone hooked up to ventilators, on nebulizers, etc have smoked.  These are people who can't walk five steps without hacking up pieces of their lungs.  Seriously.

    If you have a nagging cough right now, it'll be Emphysema in 5 years.

  6. The children that you father but are too stoned/useless/sick/weak to support or raise.  Society who must then support them.  Also what Race said.
