Law question concerning criminal Justice?

Can someone applying to become a police officer be rejected or prosecuted by something they did when they where 10 years old, 15 years later on a polygraph test saying he pulled his younger brothers pants touching his butt?

  1. No I don't think you can be arrested after all those year. but I'm

    not an Attorney. I think the statute of Limations is up though in

    some cases I have heard of a civil suit being brung up


  2. prosecuted no, rejected its possible depending on how strict the dept. wants to be.  if no other infractions/law violations since then I don't see why. best thing is let sleeping dogs lay don't say anything
