Lawas og dugo nga tonhay .........Can anyone tell me what this means at all please?

  3. "Lawas ug dugo"  means, body and blood, "nga  tonhay (tunhay)" means,  that's pure.  It is a Visayan (Cebuano)  dialect.

  4. Figuratively, it means body and blood that's pure.  But symbolically it means pure flesh and blood.  I think this is a passage from some Church (Catholic) ritual like the Holy Mass where the "pure flesh and blood" represents Christ's body and blood (in the Eucharist).

    And yes, this is in Cebuano dialect.  Bisdak man sad ko. (I am also Visayan).
