yeah, I`m stupid =P I know the chances are 1% & my parents won`t go for it, but like if they said they were a business & got stuff shipped to them would it work!?! & I wouldn`t have like people I don`t know. Just like friends & family & some of their friends/ family. So I think that would support the money. My basement is huge, bigger than the average AnF store so yeah. I`d prolly have like close friends & myself run the business for free. Omg I fee like an idiot, but we all have dreams? How do I do this? [tell me its impossible if you`d like =)]

  1. I have no idea what an AnF is but I gather some sort of store. Beyond parent's permission you need business licenses, permits etc which may be a probl;em dependiong on where you live.  Some places don't allow businesses in a residential area.

A couple of suggestions.  1. Can you get a job at an AnF place and learn what they do and how they do it from the inside?  You would see who the suppliers are, what sells and what doesn't, what keeps things moving, what the profit margins are, etc.   Then when you open your own if you still want to do it the route suppliers etc are familiar with you and you have experience so they are more likely to help and cooperate.   You could put most of your pay aside to have money for stock to open up.   Otherwise you'd need a line of credit whuich is hard for a new business to get.   2.  If you are thinking of friends running it for frre beware of 5 finger discounts (businesses call it shrinkage.  I call it theft.) for that reason and also to get around some laws you might want to look at some sort of co-op set up where there are members and the members help run it and get extra good prices and even can order in advance so you pretty well know what will sell and not have stuff you have to pay for and can't sell.

No dream is impossible.  All dreams take a lot of work to make reality.  Some have ton get modified to make them work.  Some you may decide are not worth the work but don't stop dreaming.

  2. uh... it is kinda impossible. but, you could try. start small and work your way up. get parent approval, and you could try. hey, who knows?
