Lawn mower trouble?

My lawn mower is an OHV and i know that it self causes many problems. is there anyway to fix the valves without replacing them? It also smokes. why is that?

  1. bite the bullet and get a new one.


  2. Throw it away. It is not worth fixing.

  3. Your description of the problem is not very detailed.  What do you mean fix the valves?  If they are not seating you can lap them, if they are burned you have to replace them.  It smokes because the rings are bad, a rich fuel mixture or worn valve guides.  Without more information?
