Lawn service question?

I am thinking about starting a lawn business and was wondering what are the pros and cons of a walk behind with a sulky and a zero turn rider,I have seen guys use both on the same lawn,Why? Does one do something that the other can't?

I use the walk behinds for smaller lots or if there is moisture problems as a big zero turn would damage the grass.  The zero turn is nice for bigger areas or if you have a lot of lawns to do in the same day.  The best thing to do would be to have one of each.
