Question:

Lawsuit Cash Advance Question?

by  |  earlier

I have been in an accident this happened more than a year & a half ago. Its been back and fourth with my lawyer, defendant and his insurance company. Im going very low on cash. I was wondering what is the best company to get a cash advance from. I know they have high rates but this is my last resort and i need it. I havent worked since the accident. Anyone who drives gas, oil (home) and have bills and what not to pay can related. People sometimes have a hard time paying these things with a job can you picture without one. I know some lawyers dont like these companies but its not about them right now. They have nothing to worry about and they can probably pay their bills with ease. Any suggestions from lawyers or personal experience. Thank you for everyone's time in advance.

  1. Talk to your  lawyer about this.

Maybe he/she can up the pressure the other side that you can't work because of the incident (must be medically proven) have bills, etc, and the insur company's unreasonable delay will only cost them more money in litigation as you will tack on these additional expenses to your suit.

    Alternative.

Borrow on credit if you think the funds will pay them off.

What will you do when the eventual settlement(?) funds run out?

  2. Try and see if you can get an unsecured loan from a bank rather than a cash advance. The interest rate would be a lot lower. Another option is using one credit card and then transferring your balance to another credit card with no interest for 6 months on balance transfers to buy you some time until you can get back on your feet.

    Good luck.

  3. NJKid, Be careful if you decide to apply for an online payday loan. Each state has different laws and regulations, and I'm not familiar with the rules and regulations. Try contacting a local payday loan office so you can get advice before taking out the loan. http://www.howtogetcashadvance.com
