See if you get sued for a large amount of money but cant pay for it, what happens??

To you get put in prison or do you have to get a loan or something 0_o??

The court permits a bill collector to freeze your bank accounts,take your assets and garnishees  your salary.   Jail is only if you commit fraud in hiding your assets.
