Lawyers in Washington state?

Question

How would I go about finding a family court lawyer in washington state. Maybe one that doesn't cost a whole lot or that maybe takes payments while still giving you great help and service. I have never had to have a lawyer before but I am trying to figure out everything about custody issues and the birth certificate and his right my rights that kind of stuff. I am 5 and a half months pregnant and just would like to get everything figured out before hand.
