Laxman to bolster India’s batting attack?

After a disappointing first Test, will the return of VVS Laxman strengthen India’s batting attack enough to win them the Test?

The batting line-up would still look a whole lot better if Rahul Dravid was in the mix, but Laxman’s availability can only lead to improvement for India. And his performances at Eden Gardens (898 runs in eight Tests) indicate it’s the perfect  ground for him to make an impact.
